Well I have finally got around to cleaning the very rare red model GS, I am still not sure about the Autoglym cleaner though it does not remove road tar as well as good old Jizer.

And found these in good old M&S they are the puppys privates for polishing ultra soft and absolutely no lint leaves your pride and joy sparkling.

And cheap 0.99p each

Used to work in Sintelinns Steve, at the Lookers Vauxhall garage. Think it was "Knowsley Rd".

You ever get to the Barn on Sundays (Rivington)?

Hello Tom, I have'nt been to Rivington barn for years, Could be arranged though, if you post in "days out" next time your heading there I'll try and join you, there are a few of us trixters in the NW now, so could arrange more regular meets.

Well Autoglym kind of admit that because they also sell a (very effective) tar remover.

Motorcycle cleaner for most of the bike
Motorcycle degreaser for any..ahem...minor oil leaks (cam end cover)
Wheel cleaner for wheels and brakes (far better on brake dust than the bike cleaner)
Tar remover for...tar spots.
Mer polish because it gives a longer-lasting finish than Autoglym resin polish.
