I borrowed a mates standard TLs for an afternoon when I had my second Falco.
To be frank I was very unimpressed all round.It felt like I was riding on a carpet instead of a road surface.The handling did nothing to inspire.
Was relieved to get back on the Falco.Much preferred the engine too.

It's a bit of a barge but hopefully decent (matching/non squared) tyres will improve matters considerably - and then a suspension upgrade.

Surprised you didn't like the engine. This one is smooth, eager & feels like being rubbed all over with a pair of mink elbow gloves. Easy Tiger!
