That is very impressive. I am a qualified seaplane pilot and it is very difficult to judge your height above the water when it is smooth and glassy like that. Of course, if there are waves and you catch one, you are suddenly in a 450hp radial engined submarine....
Ah, the Harvard. You can get the propeller tips to go supersonic in a dive and they make a loud rasping noise you can hear in the next county. Bit like my S on the overrun
