Mitch it's not original colour(I've never seen a red/silver one only toothpaste style) and some think damaged bodywork that has been resprayed plus very limited market I suppose.

Hi Humbug

Feel free to post some more pictures of the RC8, cracking bike
When looking for my R12s is was a toss up between the BM or an RC8, love the quirky looks/engine etc, just couldn't find a good un when I was looking
Enjoy.....

Humbug wrote:Great points Phil, I didn't see a PX as a way forward as I was once told to eBay the bike and come back with the cash by a BMW dealer when it only had 60,000 on the clock. I think eBay may be the only option.
I've gone with a KTM RC8 as it seemed a little out there which is what I loved about the 12S. Its a 2010 with a verified 12,000 on the clock.IMG_3701.jpeg

I've had an KTM RC8R, on a 14 plate, one of the last ones (still miss it). Had an accident and it was totalled.
What a bike. Handling is sublime!.....and they're full of character. Although the dash takes some getting used too.

You'll love it. Enjoy.

Looking forward to using it on the road and track. Struggling with COVID at the moment so not been able to ride it yet.
