It doesn't do a lot for me I've got to say. In the flesh it looks like its a 'sit up and beg' with drop bars and a naff bikin fairing. I think they could've done better :D

Aye, like putting in a silky smooth, powerful LC engine 8)

Price is definitely the clincher.
OK it's had some of the classier parts replaced by cheaper items, but they look more authentic, and I very much doubt that away from the track, anyone is really going to notice any difference (USD forks, Radial brakes etc)
I wasn't sure about it at first, but now I thinks it is drop dead gorgeous.
I'd go for the cast wheels over wire spokes option though.
Inner tube tyres is taking the retro thing a little too far for me.

as promised Fontana, the pic showing the std R NineT Akrapovic that my boss popped on .... as he disliked the original Racer pipe (and removed the "decibel killers" from) fits to the standard Racer mount

Both those bikes would look soooo much better with the 2into2 Zard pipe, imho 8) and if I ever get the doshers to but any 9T that's exactly what I would do :lol:
