Well I saw it in my local dealership yesterday, and have to revise my opinion of it somewhat.
Yes it's a bike for out and out posing, but BMW have executed it beautifully, and have created something truly desirable.
It's lines kind of reminded me of an old Ducati 900ss Bevel.
As I understand it BMW have cut back on some of the more expensive components in order to keep the price down to what I think is a very reasonable £10,800 or thereabouts.
If I'd dropped 12/13 grand on a new R NINE T a couple of years ago, I'd be feeling a bit pissed about it now.

The first R NINE T BMW promo video I've seen without the obligatory fist bumping and brotherhood hand shakes.

I've not been much a fan of the 9T but the more I look at this example the more I like it, does anyone know who makes the tail section, it's not on there site but the bikini fairing is. I can't see the 12s going anywhere so maybe I'll have a couple of pre water cooled boxers, now where's Karen's cheque book :mrgreen:
