Compared to some I travel light. I started with Oxford sports panniers on my 1200 but don't bother any more. £7 Aldi dry bag had more than enough room, but I have since fitted a 45 litre top box which I leave on permanently.

Haven't been away properly on My BCR yet, although I have rode to Edinburgh but I have clothes there so only needed a basic rucksack for bits. Gonna use that rucksack for my two organised trips for long weekends this year, Wales with Mates in Aug then Nurburgring in Sept and see how I get on.

But also have a Bagster tank bag and sometimes just take that







and fully laden

Ok I have made this guy anonymous - but he is known as "Stupid Boy". Its a Triumph Sprint with Luggage and a custom made Top Box rack loaded for a Two up trip to the Alps. He now admits it was a bit too tall at speed. (My view is its a bit too tall standing still ) Also I'm not sure why the bike appears to be inside his house or how he expected to get it out of the door fully loaded - Stupid Boy lives up to his name.

Here is my old Yamaha RD350R. I was just about to set off for the IOM TT, way back in 1997!



It was slightly 'wheelie' happy with that rucksack on the back if I recall!

new to me 11S on the way home after picking it up.
In the red kit bag is work clothes, computer and note books, day pack for going to work, sports kit and all other stuff for working away from home for 2 weeks.
