Someone explained track-day "serious regulars" (the ones who build a track-day bike, and constantly seek the best tyres, improvements etc)......

"They try for ever-faster laps.............. until they crash"

Unfortunately it takes all sorts

The 'fireblade' site and 'london bikers' is full of them. When I sold my blade and came here for the first time it was a breath of fresh air. I lasted two weeks on the 'london bikers' site.

The driving penalties are severe now. Road into town is filled with a regular conga of slow moving traffic. However, the exit side is often relatively clear. 30mph, but Seat driver must have been at 65mph into the final roundabout heading out. He lost it and slammed into the side of a town bound Skooby, which did a full spin and total trashed against the opposite kerb. Seat was trashed too. Fortunately, no one was hurt. Seat driver has just been given, first offence, three years custodial. Dangerous driving.
We all agree it was well deserved. Mugging grannies with violence does not get that.
Oyster. 1999 R1100S. Almost original.

Three years custodial? Sorry - I think that's nuts
