I had a GT550 and it was a lemon. With hindsight I think it was an ex courier bike with an astronomical mileage. Big lesson learnt by my naïve 21 year old self.

I have never been particularly sentimental about bikes, I keep one until I fancy something different and then move on. Perhaps my old Ducati 750ss should have never been sold, but that said, it always felt like a budget Superlight so maybe not so much of a loss.
