@Cymraeg damn that's really bad news. Best of luck with insurance.
On another forum, someone found this really dodgy site with ads for bikes that were 100% stolen, resold somewhere east.
People started going through the pages to see if they were able to spot their stolen bikes.
Plates were from all over the place.

Don't know how legit it is, but I'll find the link. You can have a look there.

not nice to here, how does the insurance get another bike (HP2) when they are as rare as hens teeth. or do they give you the cash to sort yourself.

I mean, it is pretty clear that most of those are stolen bikes looking at the prices... some users actually checked the (italian) plates of some really dodgy bikes on the site and they matched as recently stolen.

sorry to hear of the theft ,,, in this day and age you would think bmw would have some kind of register of owners , encoded digitally and matched to brains in a tamperproof way , like a computers memory ,,,,,
