Airheads are a great way into relatively cheap classic bikes. You can do pretty much what you like with them and they are tough old so and so,s with half decent alloy.Image[/img]

Looks a nice job.

Those mono levers customise well. All your own work?

That is really very nice indeed. Sort of Bobber/Cafe racer hybrid.

Whoever the builder is, they have talent...
R1200GS - 'El Bastardo' - The Exploder.
R1100S BCR - 'Flashart the Misguided Missile'.
KTM 990SMT- 'Scratch' - Hoonery Assured.

All my own work. From fabrication to welding to paint. Didn't cost a lot just time.

Does this site talk about airheads? I notice extensive coverage of r1100s.

Cheers.
Did you find this bunch.

There would appear to be a surfeit of prolixity and sesquipedalian content today please do not use a big word when a singularly un-loquacious and diminutive linguistic expression will satisfactorily accomplish the contemporary necessity

+1, and it could be serious this time. A few around, not quite what I'm after but including this on Fleabay: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1986-BMW-R-10 ... 1c315e05e8.

Why doesn't B Porecha have a website? Just too old school?
