So is there a quick way to boost power on the Rs1100?

I bought the bike 2nd hand so I dont know exactly what the mod included. The invoice is from a BM dealer is for "Head Modification" sub-contracted to someone (not clear on the bill), the dyno readout is a "before & after" and I've ridden standard R's, there is a difference especially over 5.5k rpm.

If anyone is genuinely interested I'll get off my bottom and make some enquiries.
