Good enough to roll the edges of the rear tyre and get some slides, means good enough for me mate. I'm not a racetrack guy and I don't want to bin it on the road, so the absolute limits are irrelevant to me.
Time to change it though- towards the end I too was jacking up preload to compensate for more sag, and I was "riding round" very poor damping. Then the seal finally went and it went downhill fast. I don't mind spending 400 notes on the old girl - we're together for the long haul
