Dear James, I am truly sorry to hear such terrible news, Your father was the most pleasant, friendly and approachable guy one could ever wish to spend time with. Your loss will be echoed amongst all who ever met him, I met Eon twice, both on boxertrix weekends, and he made me feel like I had known him for years, a truly remarkable guy, I will always remember his happy fun loving personality. Our thoughts are with you and your family at this terrible time.

James - firstly I would like to offer our condolences to you and your family for your tragic loss. I can only echo the sentiment offered here by everybody else so far - especially 'Stoney' he has summed things up very well.

Both Laura and I had the previledge of meeting your Dad twice and shared a few drinks with him as result. He struck us both as a real gent who was enthusiastic about life, his bike and all things that mattered in his world but this was not to the exclusion of others. He was also a good embassador for motorcyclists and all that we believe in.

We are both saddened by this news and although we would not be able to get to the funeral our thoughts are with you at this difficult time.

Regards

That's terrible news!

I found him a really nice guy with great humour. He'll be missed by all that knew him.

James, please pass on all our thoughts and best wishes to your family. You show admirable fortitude in making this posting.

I've been in touch with James, and he'd really appreciate anyone that can attend the funeral.

It will be a week before they repatriate Eon from Spain, so the funeral is looking like it will be the week after next. I will keep you all updated as and when I know more.

If anyone is anticipating attending please pm me.
