Speedy Service in SE1

Postby RupertR1100S » Mon Jan 14, 2008 3:56 pm

Suffered the misfortune of haing my R1100s attempted stolen and, faced with little in the way of choice for repairers in central LDN i was very happy to be refferred to Steve @ Jap and German, on Druids St, SE1.

Not only did these guys stay open an additional 40 minutes whilst i crawled there in a recovery truck late last Thursday eve, but they had the bike turned around and readied by 10:30 the next day. Considering this included, re keying my new ignition and fitting it, as well as tidying up some wayward wiring and supplying a used battery (at a fraction of the price of a new on) I was amazed. And even more impressed to find they'd also fixed my faulty speed osensor and patched up a wobbly indicator.

To round things off they, agreed to release the bike immediately and took payment 3 days later instead.

Will recommend to anyone looking for service that makes BMW dealers blush.

Glad to hear that you're back on the road again Rupert.

All the best,

Paul
You really need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.
