Peter,
I know, the exhaust only went on today. I have done 700 miles on it so it isn't that bad, done a lot more on the RT nearly 2000 miles in fact.
I know Wales was good looking at the photo's and I am really gutted to have missed it. Alexis and I are off to Spain and France in 3 weeks on the RT. We will both be at Burton and I hope I can make Hawes.
Alastair,
The exhaust is loud with the baffles out and not bad with them in, also fitted the 7x5 plate.

snavetrauts,
I have only just run her in so will endeavour to rectify that in the future, well maybe not get the pegs down (I can do that on the RT, even with my wife on the back) but at least get the tyres to the sides.
Thanks Richard, make you want one yet, saying that I love my RT, excellent tool.

Looking really good Andrew - very nice bike. Has PB had words with you yet?
The exhaust looks good - fills the space a lot better than the Akro. The system looks really neat too, I like the way the pipes hug the engine, you know where they start to rise where the Cat usually is.
Number plate hanger looks well neat and a lot sturdier than the one I fitted - you could actually lash soem bungees to that if you needed too.
Could you list the extras fitted? I notice you've got the rocker covers* and CF side panels**.
* Do these fit over the top or as replacements? If over the top do they look at all clumsy or are they a nice neat fit?
** Are these purely cosmetic or do they serve a purpose?
Sorry if its all boring questions - I'm never very good on a Sunday morning.

Hi Stoney,
Extra's fitted
HPE full system
HPE number plate holder
Ilmberger carbon rocker cover
Ilmberger carbon side covers
Ilmberger hugger
BMW single seat cover
Smoked front lenses
Clear rear lenses
Baglux tank cover
The rocker covers fit over the rocker covers but you do need to take off the plastic spark plug covers. They fit nicely on with no gaps.
The side panels hide the wires to the injectors and top trelis frame and just finish that part of the bike off in my honest opinion.
The exhaust sounds well wicked with the baffles out. I have yet to get it on the road as I only fitted it yesterday and by the time I had placed the 7x5 number plate on it was time for me tea (did not want to annoy the other half).
The HPE number plate holder is very good and there is another bit if you want a standard plate. It if full adjustable and you can alter it's position quiet a lot. I also took off the rear foot pegs which has made the rear better as well.
Hope this helps.
