Haynes Manual (Fuse Locations)

Post by plz »

Anyone have a Haynes manual? I have a 2004 Replica and need to know the fuse layout for the non-ABS model. Apparently the Haynes has the layout for the later bikes, at least for the ABS version as seen here:

Can someone who has the Haynes please check and see if there is a non-ABS version of this in the book? Again, this is for the 2004 Replica.

Thanks in advance.

From my Haynes 1993-2004 manual page 8.5

2003 onward bikes have the fuses located on the right hand side.

F1 (10A) - Motronic control unit
F2 (10A) - fuel pump, injectors and oxygen sensor
F3 (15A) - Horn, auxillary power socket, clock
F4 (7.5A) - Instrument cluster, headlight low beam, number plate light
F5 (7.5A) - Headlight high beam
F6 (4A) - Instrument cluster, brake (models without ABS)
F7 (4A) - Sidelight, tail light, ABS
F8 (4A) - Heated handlebar grips

Manual makes no distinction between normal S and BCR.

NOTE THAT THE ABOVE IS DIFFERENT FOR BIKES PRIOR TO 2003

Below are for pre-2003

Left Fuse Box
F1 (4A) - Instrument cluster, brake light (non ABS)
F2 (4A) - Sidelight, tail light, number plate light
F3 (15A) - Instrument cluster, horn, auxilliary power socket
F4 (15A) - Motronic control unit, fuel pump

Right Fuse Box
F5 - Spare
F6 (4A) - Heated handlebar grips
F7 - Spare
F8 - Spare
No longer a motorcycle owner.
