"Kid Ory" - Now with Boxertrix decal!
...a 56-plate R1200S, currently with an Akropvic exhaust, waiting for an Ilmberger belly pan
(final photos, including NEW Boxertrix decal, on page 3 of this thread)...
...and my 2005 R1100S which it replaced - the belly pan was by Boxerdesign.de ...
... and the real Kid Ory

Well Man of Mystery,
Hope to see you out next year, that's if you want to reveal your identity.
On a serious note, there are a few of us who meet up at Kinross services for a ride out over the weekend, so if you want to join us then the more the merrier.
Nice bike by the way.

Hows the exhaust? I'd like to get an owners opinion.
Thank you - it is rather pretty.
The exhaust has only been on a couple of days. It cost an arm and a leg. The exhaust note doesn't seem to be too different from that produced by the original bread-bin, but there are more crackles under hard engine-braking, and a more pronounced hum when cruising at fairly high revs. It does seem to add a bit of snap to preformance and is incredibly light.

You've given the game away now with the photo's of yourself, no longer man of mystery.
I should be able to recognise you now apart from being on a 1200S when we met up at Kinross.
All I need to do now is replace the Boxer Cup I just sold, but there again a few of you know differently.
