Name was awarded to me when I was part of the RAF Wyton microlight club. Something to do with my flying skills, they tell me. Has just stuck since.
Real name is Bob.

Quite easy and probably obvious - when I had my 's' I was commuting from Maidstone in Kent to Banstead in Surrey and a route that took in the M25. Involved a lot of filtering at rush hour commute times to avoid being stuck in traffic jams - hence the name m25jambuster

Adamski is just one of a few nicknames. The 49 stems from dabbling with AOL way back in '95 when t'internet was relatively new to Joe Public and I had to stick a number on the end - just a random number with no significance.

Adam :)
Forgive me father for I have sinned... ex S owner moved onto pastures new with four cylinders and a chain... and back to a twin, albeit in a V.

On my test ride of the S blatting around the lanes I thought it sounded a little like an old prop-powered fighter plane, like a Messerschmitt, in fact. So Me-109 was a WWII German fighter (that fits) - ok, actually it's technically a Bf-109 it is was the allies that gave it the Me-prefix but hey! - and then cunningly the 109 actually fits with one of my phone numbers.

So Me (as in ME, not YOU) and 109 - - - Me-109! Obvious really :confused4:
