1998 R1100S For Sale (Now Sold)

Looking to get a newer bike and the wife insists that I have to sell a couple to make room in the garage.!
R1100S 1998 'S' Reg, Black, heated grips and ABS.
63k miles
Recent replacement front discs and rear master cylinder, July 2017, not many miles since.
MOT until May 2019.
Boxer Cup Rear shock overhauled along with the front by MHP.
Dunlop Road Smart tyres in good condition with a couple or more thousand miles wear left.
Battery kept on conditioner all year.
Boxer Design stand and BMW tank bag to be included if near asking price is made.
Bike is in Peterborough and is still being used.
Usual paint flaking off the engine.

Just the usual paint flaking off the front of the engine. All ok elsewhere.

Update-
Had an issue while out and the brake has locked on.
Seems as though it is a problem with the hose to the front caliper that is acting as a one way valve. Deteriorating from the inside no exterior damage visible. Common BMW fault on this age of BMW apparently. Needs the hoses replacing.
Will consider selling as is for a reduced price as a project or will get the hoses replaced and sell.
Suggestion is that hoses are replaced with Goodridge, cheaper and better than OEM BMW as there are 5 of them.
Bike is still at the workshop but will try and get a couple of photos of the engine tomorrow.
