Had planned to revisit Knoydart & environs, starting Tuesday. Got as far as The Buccleugh in Moffat (highly recommended btw), frantic emails from work, business in crisis. Weds morning spent on phone, then out of The Buccleugh turm right for the M74 South rather than L for a dander North.
Trip home hot, sweaty, but perversely improved by a scenic tour through Warrington due to M6 closure Southbound. Met up with an absolutely charming chap on a S1000XR (which he loves btw, sports performance but more upright stance) trying to get to work in Knutsford so we had a joyful hour elbowing our way through school-out time central Warrington plus a motorway-load of extra traffic.
Deeply satisfying and of course you don't get a chance to thank properly. So if anyone here knows a Mike, working in Knutsford, on a S1000XR please tell him I owe him a pint or two one day...
So, 18 hours in Scotland and now back with the lawyers. Hurrah!

Fiat Panda.
Fiat Scudo (with speedblock, pipe carrier, reversing sensors, reversing camera, tow bar, some new rust and Fake Plumber logo)
started out with nothing, still have most of it left.
