Ffs. Do you think.....if you bother to.....that when the High Court judiciary make rulings, they're never referred to in other cases? That those rulings never subsequently have a bearing on other cases? Did that ever occur to you? Thought not.

Now come on.
All I asked you to do was show your evidence that Lord Dennings ruling was in relation to protective clothing in general.
Just because you can't, and got caught out, no need to throw your toys out of the pram.
There is no precedent on this.
You know it, but are too stubborn to admit it.
Now then
Back to Lord Denning
  :D

CAN YOU SEE ME NOW???

It's bright and looks (slightly) better in daylight.. It's meant to be "Neon Red" (not DDP!).. Thought a hi-viz yellow one would clash with mandarin
(I've yet to put the bike & hat side by side.. fingers xed.)
Hi Simon :? another Mandarin? BAD KARMA mate.

Good to see you back though! :D

They do say, fontana, that if you bite down really hard, electro-shock therapy doesn't hurt at all. It might help you...you know, with your NPD issues.

Perhaps in your world, people just accept what you say without question.
You were wrong about the Lord Denning ruling, but are too much of a narcissist to admit it.

Isn't it funny how you keep saying you've finished me, but yet here you are, still responding to my every post.
Very predictable.
Really irks you to be shown up doesn't it

Actually, I do get Hi Viz.
At night, on poorly lit roads, yep, I can see the point.
What irks me though is the pillocks, usually on RT's and GS's riding around on bright sunny days, dressed head to toe in dayglo.
The problem for the rest of us is, that because of these idiots, the rest of us might find one day it becomes compulsory

I have worn these hi-Viz tops for the past 6 years whilst riding my work bike.
http://www.beeswift.co.uk/web/uk/WebIte ... =CFRPKJORS

As I work in the construction industry, wearing Hi-Viz is a must as I'm on and off building sites all day.
I have chosen this particular hi-viz as it has sleeves too (the arms make the rider much more bigger/visible) and the quality of garment is above average (zip is excellent!). Also it has 3M reflective banding for night-time visibility.

On average, one of these tops will last me around 4 months(riding all day/every day). In this time it will get washed a few times. Then the orange starts to lose impact.
Each unit comes in around £8.00 from our supplier.
I prefer the orange version over the yellow ones as I think it stands out more and also prevents me looking like a PLOD wannabe!!
I wear a XXL size to fit over my bike jacket.
