I've been lurking on this list for a few months now and I thought I'd introduce myself. I've just finished a spate of work on my recently-acquired bike. Some of which was necessary, like replacing a knackered starter motor, leaky fork seals and bleeding the clutch circuit. And some of it was not quite necessary, like putting in a K&N air filter, removing the catalytic converter, remapping the ECU with a chip from INMOTION and tightened up the steering by fitting an adjustable torque arm. But all the effort and expense was repaid a dozen times over as headed up to the Peak District this weekend and pelted around the twisty mountain roads in the sunshine.
