That's great news, I will see if I can wangle off road parking for them at the Glen Bank House Hotel opposite. (if Joyce has not already done that) :)

Thanks, a select group of connoisseurs no doubt :) Planning to scope out the run this weekend and to find a hostelry that can accommodate us for the lunch stop in Rothbury. Should get the timings spot on this time for those enjoying our lanes and hedgerows in them little open top thingy`s

Due to a cancellation from his lordships daughters wedding celebrations on our weekend I can advise there is a two night booking slot available for a double room at Willow Court 01835 862702.

I always joke with Jenny that these events are all about meeting my Virtual Friends. But everyone we met, both old and new friends are definitely genuine, what fun it was. Many thanks again to Amanda and Chris for an excellent weekend.

I'd echo the above. Great laugh with all, and a superb meal at the Carters Rest.

The route opened my eyes to Northumberland as a destination for days out and weekends - never been on the west side of Keilder before, either!

Special thanks to Amanda, for organising it all, and for Chris for taking the credit
