Castle Combe

Spent Yesterday wobbling around Castle Combe. Had a great day and was surprised as to how much of an underdog the 12 wasn't :D
Bumped into a guy with an HP2. First time i'd seen one in the flesh and managed to savour some of its details, very nice!

Cool :) I am liking the stealth look.

Just noticed the drift camera mount on your noodle, no footage?

No didn't get any. Castle Combe won't allow you to mount them to your head and I don't have a bike mount at the minute. :(

Not really. I first started going there 15 years ago. Back then they asked you to put a number on so the marshals can identify your bike upsidedown in the gravel. It's superstition that keeps it on :)

Some nice shots of you and the bike. You must be a tall fella because those cylinder heads are a long way from the tarmac. Castle Comb always advertised as fully booked.

The H&S rules have changed. No attachments allowed on the helmet as this will compromise the integrity of the helmet in a crash. No attachments on the tank as this exposes the riders throat and chest to possible serious injury.

I thought that. In a pitiful attempt to defend myself this is my first boxer and the first time I've taken it on track.
I was very paranoid about those heads so ended up hanging off for England.
As you can see I needn't have worried.

Plenty of room to get more lean.

Little tip. You can raise the forks through the bottom yoke upto the raised ridge. Raise the back the same amount using the ride height adjuster on your ohlins rear shock. You then have to be really trying before the valve covers touch..
