A couple of well placed blobs of clear silicone smeared into the gap

For the first time, my mirror glass - offside, has just started to rattle. Peculiar warm weather to blame? I only notice it at tickover, not a problem when moving.

I used scrap ends from black cable ties, pushed the bits between mirror & casing. Hard to see once their in & certainly worked :)

For extra security - use silicone and gaffer tape........

Al
If I am ever on life support - Unplug me......
Then plug me back in..........

See if that works .....

I replaced bar mounted mirrors on me BCR and a brand new mirror rattled before I fitted it!! BM replaced it but I was expecting "they all do that sir" especially as I had the mirrors 6 month before I fitted them
