No matter which part of the globe you reside a "crackpot" loose with a weapon will cause harm.
The gun laws introduced since Dunblane did not prevent that loser from Whitehaven causing grief, but I suspect have probably helped prevent similar situations occuring at other points in time when mummies little boy became unhinged.

I think "Mom" may have earnt one between the eyes in the latest incident in USA.
