No news as yet and Steve has been very quiet for a long time so no updates, but I’m working on the principle that they have my deposit and hopefully I’ll be going next year fingers crossed and all that

We met up with Ryan, Andy and Tracy, Paul and Trudy who all asked about the WW so assuming they all go there will be a few there, and I’m sure we could arrange a suitable ride out between us

I'd like to know the date, as diary commitments are starting to rack up.

I believe end April / early May was muted at the back end Buccy event in October

I'll ask Stoney if he's any the wiser.

If the dates fit and things are back to normal(ish) so we can have a proper Boxertrix get together we will endeavour to be there, it’s been a while!!

Or

May 2022 Fri 6th Sat 7th leave Sunday 8th

We would need to talk to the Lion Hotel to see there diary but hopefully we should be pencilled in as from the previous bookings

Just spoken to Steve and the plans are still to have the Welsh Trixter weekend in the beginning of May.
But, the caveat is of course with Covid cases rising at the moment we do not know how it will all pan out into next year.
So plan is to do it and monitor things from say March / April next spring as to whether it is feasible etc.

The hotel are happy for that, so I would say plan your time off work, or get the brownie points racked up with the missus and be prepared to go or to put on hold if Covid 19, or global nuclear war, or fuel panic buying crisis, or COP 26 green meanies puts the lid on it.
Can't say more than that really.

Phil, I take it the Lion still has your deposit and you have the option to rebook? We didn’t book last year as we had a family trip to Majorca planned which along with everything else was binned!! As you say we have got to be able to get away next year, so if the 6-8 is ok with the Hotel I’ll give them a ring about availability.
