Horn (as in beep beep) for R1200S

I was manoeuvring my bike in the drive today, when I noticed a disk of rust down behind the cooler, right hand side. It's the horn - still working (in a strangled goose way) - but looking pretty manky. There's one for an R1200S on eBay, but it doesn't look hugely better than mine. I might take mine out to see if I can restore it. But I wonder if any other model BMW horn would work?

There are a few for GS and a couple of R1200R on eBay, and they look similar and in better nick, but the seller's compatibility check says they don't fit. Any suggestion, or anyone got a spare to sell?

Just done a quick check on ASCycles bmw fiche and it’s the same part number for your 12s as an 2012 plate GS, I would have thought the horn to be a universal part. Hope that helps :D

I replaced the standard horn on my R1150R with a Denali Soundbomb mini, which was a straight replacement but I am not sure if one would fit on the R1200:-

Thanks Russ. I saw that option somewhere else - again not for an R12S - but decided on a direct strangled goose replacement off a pre-2013 GS. It looks pretty clean and rust free, so that'll do. Although it's well hidden from sight and working, I don't like knowing the current one is rusty. The only time I normally sound the horn, is when I miss the left indicator switch
