One M10 x 1mm thread bleeder valve is needed. US parts stores don't have them on their display racks. If you can find a computer savvy person at the parts store, they may be able to source one from a search, as they are common to European cars.
Locate the pig tail or bleeder extension, it usually resides around the rear shock, remove the dust cap, it's a hex head, insert the bleeder valve, closing and opening the valve will require an 11mm wrench. The rest is standard bleeding procedure.

Re: clutch line bleed
As above, remove the screw from the bleed extension pipe , remove cable ties securing pipe , drop the extension pipe down away from paint work, behind this screw is a spring loaded ball , it can be done without a bleed nipple , just press the spring loaded ball and fluid / air will exit under pressure , if you pump the clutch lever ( three hands can help here..) obviously protect paint work and wear goggles , you don't want brake fluid in your eyes / on skin.
