2003 Twin spark Mamola BCR fuel pump

Riding home from work last night and the engine cut out and would no restart. While waiting for the recovery van, I noticed no sound from fuel pump priming when ignition is switched on. So my thoughts are either the -
Fuse
Relay
Pump itself

Are toast. But I am confused on the fuse rating for pump. Manuals and the net say 15A. But my fuse box cover does not show a 15A fuse at all.

My fuse box lid has the following (sorry but can't see how to add a photo!)
1,2 and 3 = 10a
4 and 5 = 7.5A
6,7 and 8 = 4A

I have not changed fuse box lid and a google image supports my view that this is the correct lid for a BCR. So are my fuses correct? Is there another one somewhere? My Climber manual mentions a fuse box on the right side but it is only for heated grips (which my bike has)

The OE manual I have suggests a 15a pump fuse but the Haynes manual suggests '03 on model has a 10 amp fuse for the fuel pump , fuse F2.
Just to confirm , the fuel pump only runs for a few seconds when the ign is switched on , and then runs continuously when the engine turns over.
The only non start I had was pump related , the pump electrical connector under the r/h fairing panel / tank had corroded . Check this first , then consider things like pump relay, Hall sensors /sidestand switch .

Hi Nigel, thanks for the reply. That would at least confirm I gave the correct fuse which hasn't blown then. Pump does not come on at all when the ignition is put on. Have to take the left side of the fairing off and check the rest......

Pump connector is on the R/h side . This is the sort of thing that can happen

That was extremely close to happening on my GS. Fortunately when it actually gave up it was in my mate's garage while we were wiring up a satnav so perfectly timed to fix it.
