I put a new gas flowed 'Y' piece on the KTM Duke today and upped the main jet to a 180. It goes like a scalded cat now.
Bloody should do at £300 for the Y
Next thing is to put a 40T sprock on the back vice 38T and we're done.

Dan is of course right Adam, I did indeed have to cut the up pipe to get the silencers to go over the 2 locating pegss fully. After the intiial fitting the damn thing came off the pegs and was hanging on by a wing and a prayer. I took about an inch off it and have had no problems since.
The daft thing is that I bought mine secondhand from Peter (Herman) and he obviously had no problem either....Strange things these BeeEms

Didn't Peter have his engine moved forward in the frame to get a bit more weight over the front wheel to stop it coming up when doing those drag starts
