You really need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.

Well, the K&N finally arrived last night, seems there was bit of a mix up with the guys understanding of an what an 1100S IS, which is why it took so long. Still for £15 I ain't complaining.
It's in now and I've left the induct piping off to see what happens - So far the noise from the sucky in bit is louder than it is from the the blowy out part!
Bit of popping back but I'll wait and see what happens when I take it out for a run later today.
