Exhaust and Oil

I'm picking up a 2007 R1200S this week with 700 miles on it. I'll probably only add a couple of hundred before going on holiday and doing about 2000 miles. Any idea how much oil consumption would be normal?

I've ordered Remus headers for it but I think I'll leave on the standard can. I don't mind what it looks like (especially after pricing others) but might put on a Sandbar exhaust shroud or paint the existing shield black.

Has anyone weighed the standard headers to compare with aftermarket ones?

I took abour 600 ml a couple of weeeks back bike did just under 2k miles most of that at some fairly high revs, although the snow did mean I had to slow a little. I probaly used at least 1/2 a liter, My bikes done 6.5k and consumption appears to be dropping now.
