I fitted the new cam chain tensioner.

That’s a result eh?
I was worried for you because you said you paid only £1k for it, which is an excellent buy.
But I thought there might be a reason it so cheap when you mentioned the small end. Perhaps the previous owner was worried the engine would fail before long and just got rid.
Glad it’s worked out not too bad for you.
