Rapid dog bar backs on Boxercup

Postby Doctor Hfuhruhuhr » Mon Feb 22, 2016 4:12 pm

Just bought some barbacks off ebay and want to fit to rwb Boxercup, got the bars above yoke at the moment so brake lines may be long enough have looked at the rapid dog website as to concern over throttle cable length. I know some of you have fitted these just wanted to know if it is only the brake lines that may need to be extended, Thanks Vic

Only the brake line potentially needs to be longer but I seem t recall that the throttle cable needs to be rerouted somehow as it becomes a bit tight. Sorry it's been a long time since I did mine and the bike is long gone now. Hopefully someone shall be along to confirm or deny.

I did reroute the throttle cable . I've no routing details it's that long ago but if you fit the bars it 'll be obvious on full lock if there's a problem... I didn't need a longer cable though..
