Changing r1100s speedo from mph to kph...
Hi, i have a r1100s with the dual speedo outlay...big Mph numbers and small Kph numbers...I found a complete speedo-odo housing with only the Kph nrs...does anybody know if this is a straight swap (a question of plug out-plug in), or will there be some sort of calibration? thanx alain

Hi Alain, I believe it's a straight swap. If by some slim chance the MPH set you have is of the white faced variety, I might be able to find a home for them.....

as a canbus enabled bike it wouldn't surprise me if it would require re coding on the dealers diagnostic do dah

hi, unfortunately it is the black faced double kph/mph dial....thanx anyway for the info...wil give it a try next week...
