Stuffing up my belly pan

The route I most often ride has a tight well banked Left on way out and right on the way home .
There is a bit of a dip right in the middle .
If for some reason I ride through it at 50 or so , ( cyclists, tractors , cars or even bikes) its fine .
However , when the road is clear , the belly pan hits the ground .
I try to remember, but normally I only remember while I'm scraping it ....
I been thinking of taking it off .

I was given one with my bike but I won't be fitting it, just vanity
There was one in my boxercup too, it ended up filthy

Assuming the bellypan is mounted in the same position as the ones on the Boxercups... how are your shocks?
On my R1150R... when the shocks were on their way out (about 50k km) I used to touch with the bottom of the bike, when fully loaded, on some tight corners up the mountains...

I think the shocks are ok , certainly handles well.
Just the very occasional dip when going hard ....
I'm now getting it into my brain , and last saturday , rolled off and NO TOUCH !!!!
So , I'll not worry too much for now .
