Hi Steve, I haven't but if there's no feedback elsewhere you could try dropping them an email and seeing if you get a quality reply. You'd have protection of EU distance selling regulations if you were based this side of the pond
- from the USA you'd have the protection of Card Scheme Rules which are I think global (so eg it simply doesn't show up you can charge it back), but that may not be enough if there's a problem with say quality. (EU distance selling says you can send something back for a full refund for no reason at all so long as you do so within 14 days.)
Have you considered freight & duty though? I bet you'll get stung by Customs.
Are you sure you can't get it in the States? I can usually easily find what I want from the USofA, then spend days grubbing round Europe to find the equivalent...
