Certificate of Conformity

Postby Toddy » Wed Aug 20, 2014 6:40 pm

Hiya,
Am thinking of buying a R1200S from a pal in Ireland and reading the
'How to register an imported vehicle' stuff from DVLA, it looks like I need to get a Certificate of Conformity.
If I google that, it looks like there was a BMW part number but it's now not available.
Any ideas where I'd get one?
Best,
Toddy

That's all new information, DVLA are changing quite a few things and I've just found this 'Mutual Recognition', all very confusing.
Last time I imported a bike from Ireland DVLA we're very helpful so will give them a call.
Cheers,
Toddy
