Heads up guys, M&P are doing pairs of Continental ContiMotion tyres again at mega cheap price. I had a couple of sets on my K1200GT and they were fine.... and this time they're even cheaper at £129.99 a pair!!!

... and power ranger baiting with K12GT's .... allegedly
.. I honestly didn't have any problem with the two or maybe three sets I put on my K. They're slightly less "comfy" on road imperfections (I don't mean twitchy, just you
feel the imperfection) than the Avon Storms, but then the Storms are over twice the price!
If the choice is a pair of respected branded Conti's or Cheng Shin Maxxis tyres I'll plumb for the European ones every day, plus the Contis are cheaper than the Cheng Shins!

Michelin Pilot Road for £143.
I am real fan of these from having them on my Fazer thou.
Decisions, decisions.

I found 1 car place locally who will do car tyres like this. But he refuses to touch bike wheels.
It's not as easy as it once was, I've found.

I've got Pilot Roads on - hoping I'll get enough out of them to leave on for the Deutschland tour - used to 3000 out of Metzlers but could be tempted by the Contis just for the trip and keep the Michys for when I get back

Go for it Dave, they're an exceptional tyre, and at that price it's nice to have new rubber on for a trip
to throw more confusion in the mix Busters are doing a pair of RoadAttacks for £149.99 to fit BoxerCups etc with the 5.5" rear rim

I have these on my BCR and haven't had a moments problem with them, despite them being used hard at times and ridden um vigorously in the wet occasionally

Ive just fitted some to my 11s after having PR3 for the last few sets of tyres.
They ride much softer, you dont feel the bumps as much with the Conti's but ive found the wet grip isnt as good as the PR3's. they are also wearing a lot quicker, but at the price that would be expected. Would be a good summer tyre for me but will go bact to PR3 when these wear out.
