Hi ... Thanks to the many of you who have helped me find a nice 1100s. I have just put a deposit on a 2003, 9900 miles, Titan Silver and Manadarin jobby... wonderful... well I hope so. Is there any way of knowing if this was formerly owned by a boxertrix geezer....It would be nice to know its history.. cheers all

My bike doesn't show up on that either - and I think it's mine, at least it was the last time I looked. ;)

Mine neither... although it's not that it's not in the database, per se, but more that the RAC site keeps popping up a box saying "Please enter a registration number" when I click on "Go", regardless what I enter in the box. :roll:

Yeah but lets be honest Richard, the DVLA can only just keep up with which bike is yours !!!! :wink:

The last version showed up most of my cars and bikes, though as I was short of time when I posted the link I didn't check any of them. Maybe it's only cars? :dontknow:

Hi Everyone.... I actually found my bike on the DVLA site for vehicle registrations. Confirms the details I have and looks OK...BUT...

I was browsing the internet... as you do... I keyed in "R1100s" and the first google entry referred me to a review done by Motorbikes today back in May 2003. (www.motorbikestoday.com) and what would you belive ... ther was my bike in all its glory on the front page.... freaky or what. I only hope this bike has not been blasted around by many other "hacks" cheers for all your comments....

I would still like to know more about its recent history if possible.
