What's my bike worth

I have a 1999 Mandarin Yellow R1100s that I've owned for the past 14 yrs. Its done just 13,000 miles, is in mint condition and runs really well.
Summer use only and stored covered in garage. Its had multiple services in that time and is MOT'd til June.
Complete with ABS, centre-stand, intercom, heated grips, tank bag, panniers, rear box, 12v accessory socket.
Now approaching retirement I wish to sell it and free up some space in the garage.
What's a realistic value?
