Hi all
Is it possible to Use a Smartphone to Connect a Laptop to
the WWW without any additional cost so you can use a webcam
from it.
The thing is my Daughter never uses her land phone apart from
the webcam to us which is landline plus broadband rent.

If you connect a smartphone to a laptop its called tethering which means the mobile acts as the modum, so yes is the answer.
Of course she could just Skype you from the mobile and cut out the laptop.

but are you saying that you can have a webcam connection from a pc through Skype to/from a smart phone ?
