Mr Parry......................Their back
As far as I know I've not done anything
What I would like to know now is how to copy my contacts (people)
and save them on another drive !
I have found under, people < Manage < Export,
but not sure about this being how you would copy the contacts (people)
without loosing them.
thanks for your help, again

If you can export them out as a CSV file then they can be saved on your PC

Hello,
Having just changed PC's and upgraded from Outlook XP to 2010 I merely exported the file "Outlook.pst and imported it in again on the new machines and all my old emails and contacts were there. I guess this only applies for Outlook users and not if you are using Outlook webmail?
Best regards,
David
