Sachsenring 2019

I have been a bit busy these last three weeks but I did want to post up some of my photies from our trip to Sachsenring, at least before the Summer holiday is over and Brno kicks off this weekend.
So here is a link to an album which I hope works:

Highlights of the weekend included:
Sachsenring is a very tidy compact circuit with great viewing points
We had great access to the Service Road
We met John McPhee and his family in our hotel
We met Jake Dixon's missus , but I found Jake a bit over powering with his complaints about the bike, team, and everything ...
Jenny congratulated Bradley Smith for his 2nd place result in eMoto
Some other thoughts:
The sound of eMoto is uninspiring, and they are hugely heavy. One crashed on lap 6/7, it crossed the entire gravel run off without disturbing the gravel and destroyed the crash barrier, they are 100 kg heavier than MotoGP bikes.
I was disappointed that no one other than the winning team was allowed to approach the podium, in Spain and Italy everyone is welcome.
Fabio Quartararo is a walking wreck, he needed the Summer break, but if he avoids serious mishap he will be very special. The team Gresini guys we were with are saying he's equal to Casey Stoner at that age.
And for the photographers - Jenny bought me a monopod for Christmas, and it definitely helped panning with the bikes for a good photie result.
Have to decide which GP we go to next year now
