A very rare appearance

Making a very rare appearance today is my 98 TL1000R
It is both my pride and joy and the source of great frustration.
I am both the 1st (technically) and 11th owner of this battle scarred heavy weight.
I bought it in early 99 it was an ex demo bike and the actual bike pictured on the cover of this magazine.
After seeing that abuse I should have run a mile, but it was cheap and that's all that matters when your young.
Luckily for me its continuous rolling restoration and its plague of electrical gremlins forced me to get a bike that was a little more reliable. (touch wood)
That's what brought me here and to an R1200S, a bike i'd never have thought that in a million years i'd own let alone love!
Here's a pic of my twins enjoying some sun
