Tidy, very tidy.

I saw one on the Isle of Man a couple of years back with the meanest exhaust.

See if you can fabricate one of these el nicko.

We should just have a system that bans posts containing the word H*nda.

That would mean we wouldn't be able to read any of your posts. Look at your bike history

Yes, I know... and it's not 'history', it's current.

Thanks for the positves comments guys. But hey you 'Nay-sayers, cut me some slack boys. if you don't I'm threatening to post a lot more pic's of my expanded 'stable'. You'll notice, I've still got a firm grip on MY 11s 'cos even tho the dealer wanted it in PX  I refused (Talk to the Hand!) to discuss the idea. Thankfuly I did'nt need to PX it 'cos I'd found a spare 10K in foldin' at the back of a drawer and, whilst it was'nt enough to buy my hearts desire, an mp4, (I do like to pay cash for my bikes) and, though I supose, I could have spent it on up-grading my PPL (Helicopters) to a Twin Turbine rating, or, some much-needed, 'image improving' dental work or even liposuction  I, personaly, agree with Tyler Durden's view that, 'Self Improvement' is just masturbation. So, ergo, I plumbed for the 'blade. Sorry; I'll get me coat.

I've only ridden it on the estate roads Nigel 'cos as soon as it arrived some work came in then when that was done it pissed down. It's raining as I write this, then the rugby's on. But first impressions are of a beautifuly balanced, very powerful, quality built, well finished bike. I hav'nt owned a big Honda for 40 odd years but I've never ceased to admire the apparent phylosophy of the company as far as value for money goes.
Comfort? Well I've shed 3 stone (down to 13) in the last 12 months and don't have a belly to get in the way anymore. I'm stocky and short so I'm not leaning forward like a tall bloke and putting a lot of weight on my wrists. Also, I don't see me doing 300-400 mile jaunts on it.
How does it compare to the BM? Well early days yet but obviously, Chalk and Cheese. That's why I've kept my11s. I've put a lot of time in on that bike so as to make it a true all-day-long 'long-legged' tourer; Expanded 22 litre tank, HID hi/lo lights, uprated horn, full luggage, lowering kit, heated grips etc, etc. I hope, one day to get into Europe on it. I would'nt entertain that idea on the Honda.
On the other hand, come those warm summer nights and the lads are up for a late night run up to Aber (I'm here on the Welsh border in the English Marches) I'm trailing behind their ZX10s, R1s and 'blades on 'The Plastic Pig' barely managing to keep their tail-lights in sight initialy and eventualy losing them completely 'cos they take no prisoners and wait for no one. I've had some realy scary 'moments' 'pushing the 11s beyond it's envelope and asking it to do the impossible. Contrary to the way it sounds, I'm no hero and I think, funily enough I'll be safer on the blade for I'm sure it'll flatter the average rider such as myself as long as I respect it. I'm old because I was never too bold. In short though, it's 'orsis 4 corsis' ; a shaft when it's wet and a chain when the sun's out.

They sure are stunning bikes. I,ve not ridden a newish sports bike the last being a Ducati 916. Following them they sure make it look effortless. As you say they can flatter a good rider, I,m thinking test ride.....if I can trust myself. :D
