Anyone out there can help?

Close to being finished putting the old girl back together .... I have fitted brake hoses from hel, which are nice and shiny.

But, I have gone for a two hose set up. The left hose is nicely secured by the original bracket behind the lower yoke.

On the right side I need to get manufactured somehow, a bracket.

All I need is a stainless steel plate, bent to fit around the hose (there is a grommet on the hose about 14mm OD) and drilled to fit on the existing bolt.

Is there anyone out there in Boxertrix land who can help manufacture such a thing?

I might be able to help, we have P shaped clips at work to suit a variety of different diameter pipes or cables, they are stainless and have a (black or orange)rubber protective cover on them which can be removed. If you let me know what diameter you need I can send one with a cover on and one without, I will also need the stud size so I can open up the hole if required.
PM me your details and we can sort things over the phone.

As above, I used a P clip when I did the same job on my old 11S, just search ebay for "p clips"

Thanks again for everyone's useful comments ... every day is a school day :)

I have also discovered I need a couple of brake hose separators to make my installation super effective and avoid chaffing  so I have bought said hose separators and a P clip on t'internet.

Job done ....

You're in luck, the BM is sitting out front of the office today - I am currently using each bike in turn for the morning commute.

I'm pretty happy that the installation is neat, but the bolt holding the P clip could do with being cut short.

With the Hel lines fitted there is no movement in the brake lever, still plenty of feel but virtually no movement.

I am ready to fit my Hel lines and with reference to this post I think you can remove the bracket that the p clip is fitted to and simply fit p clip in its place.? Means moving line over app 30mm but hey no bridging piece to worry about!.
