Gary,
Thanks for that - I wondered how many models there actually were.
A pity they didn't make full-form ones for the S, though.
The City lids are handy - I can't see me ever fitting the normal lids again.
Cheers,
Al

don't think there is a pannier specific to the r1100s.
mine are the ACA 16908A

Yeah, think you're right. Mine are the same, I think - with the aluminium foil on the underside of the LHS one, even though the S doesn't need it.

(liked the way you placed bubble-wrap on the table before laying the panniers on it................. your bike must be spotless! )

I sit corrected
I found some photos that I took before I sold them, and yes, there is a difference between left and right
see, I knew I wasn't perfect

Very nice looking bike & kit. Did you get the panniers/rails from Motorworks? And- would a laptop (15" - suitably packaged & padded) fit into them?
Cheers
Cliff
IBM 15" Thinkpad fits in one side (prob the RHS), but I tend to think that the vibration isn't good for it. There isn't a lot of padding available at the corners (too big). If it is easy enough - I would take the HDD out of the laptop prior to taking in a pannier.
